MILK PROTEIN ISOLATE from FDA Grade A, rBST-Free, Pastuarized Skim Milk.
Mix 1 Scoop HITPOINT in 6-12oz water, milk, or beverage of choice. Adjust the taste and texture of HITPOINT by varying the amount and type of liquid used. For a thicker texture, use less liquid. For a thinner texture, use more liquid. Using milk or almond milk will result in a thicker, creamier texture than water.
If using more than 1 Scoop HITPOINT, adjust the liquid quantity accordingly.

A: HITPOINT mixes thicker than other protein powders because of the protein source it contains. We chose milk protein isolate as the protein source for HITPOINT for multiple reasons. One of the reasons being milk protein isolate mixes thicker than other protein sources. We wanted HITPOINT to taste more like a milkshake than “protein water” and provide more satiation than a typical protein powder.
Q: What is the best liquid to mix HITPOINT with?
A: HITPOINT mixes well and tastes good when mixed in water or any type of milk. Mixing HITPOINT with a milk (i.e. almond milk) will result in a thicker, creamier texture compared to water.
Q: How can I use HITPOINT to create a complete, balanced meal?
A: For a quick and easy meal that supplies protein, carbs, and fats, mix 1-2 scoops HITPOINT with:
-8-16 oz Milk/Almond Milk
-½-1 cup oatmeal
-1-2 TBSP nut butter
-1/2-1 Cup Frozen berries or other fruit
Adjust the ingredient amounts as needed to meet your daily macronutrient requirements.
This meal can be prepared as a shake (in blender), as overnight oats (mixed together and left in the refrigerator overnight), or simply mixed in a bowl with a spoon.
Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday. Orders are typically shipped the business day after they are placed. Orders placed on Friday may not ship until then next business day (Monday). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship out on Monday.

To optimize protein balance throughout the day, current research recommends one should consume a minimum daily protein intake of 0.8g/lb (1.6g/kg) with an upper daily protein intake of 1.0g/lb (2.2g/kg). This daily protein intake of 0.8-1.0g/lb (1.6-2.2g/kg) should be distributed evenly into a minimum of four meals with 0.18-0.25g/lb (0.4-0.55g/kg) protein per meal.
