Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday. Orders are typically shipped the business day after they are placed. Orders placed on Friday's may not ship until then next business day (Monday) depending on the time they were placed. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship out on Monday. When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking.
Once the package is received by the designated postal carrier, the actual delivery time out of our control. Delivery times may be delayed for reasons outside of our control. Shipping carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered a day in advance if late in the day and/or behind schedule. Because of this, if your tracking states your package was delivered but you didn't receive it, please wait until the next day to inform us in case your package gets delivered.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the designated shipping carrier it is out of our control. If the package is missing or damaged, you need to contact your local postal carrier for clarification or to file a missing or damaged package claim.
In the event that packages are damaged in transit by the designated postal carrier, the customer should file a claim with the postal carrier.
Missing packages due to failure to be available for delivery (parcel box too full, relocation before delivery date, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer to contact the shipping carrier to locate and redirect their package, if possible.
Customers are responsible for entering their shipping addresses correctly when placing orders. In the event that a delivery is delayed due to customer error, PR-BREAKER will not be held liable for the missing packages nor will a replacement order be sent out before a returned order is received.
In the event that the customer enters an incorrect shipping address and the package is returned to PR-BREAKER, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Product must be in original, unopened condition, and the buyer is responsible for shipping the product back to PR-BREAKER.
In the event that the product is received in stated condition, a full refund for the product (not shipping) will be promptly granted. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure all order information, including quantity, flavor, type of product, shipping address, etc. are correct. No money back guarantees.
Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded while in transit.
